The Leads module is a sales pipeline that lets your team track deals from first contact to close. Leads are displayed as cards on a Kanban board, organized into stages.

The Kanban board

Each column on the board represents a pipeline stage. Lead cards move left to right as deals progress. Default stages:
  1. New — freshly created leads with no qualification yet
  2. Qualified — leads confirmed as genuine opportunities
  3. Proposal sent — quote or proposal shared with the customer
  4. Negotiation — terms being discussed
  5. Won — deal closed successfully
  6. Lost — deal did not close
Admins can rename, reorder, add, or delete stages at Settings → Lead stages. The Won and Lost stages are special — they mark the terminal outcome of a deal.

Lead cards

Each card on the board shows:
  • Contact name
  • Lead title (e.g. “Office furniture order”)
  • Estimated deal value and currency
  • Assigned owner
  • Source conversation (if the lead was created from a conversation)
Click a card to open the full lead detail view.

Lead detail view

The lead detail view shows:
  • All lead fields (title, value, stage, owner, contact)
  • Linked WhatsApp messages from the source conversation
  • Activity log — every stage move and reassignment
  • Associated quotation (if created)

Funnel stats

Click Funnel at the top of the Leads page to see aggregate pipeline data:
  • Number of leads per stage
  • Total estimated value per stage
  • Conversion rate between stages
This view helps you identify where deals are stalling.

Enable the leads module

The Leads module is a toggleable feature. If you don’t see it in the sidebar, an Admin needs to enable it at Settings → Modules.
