# Welcome to WapNotify

> WapNotify is a WhatsApp Business CRM that helps sales teams manage customer conversations, send broadcasts, track leads, and close deals — all from a single inbox.

WapNotify connects directly to the WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API) so your team can send and receive messages, share media, manage contacts, and automate follow-ups without leaving a single tool.

Each company gets its own workspace. Conversations are assigned to agents, tracked through a pipeline, and logged automatically.

## Set up in minutes

    Sign up at [wapnotify.com](https://wapnotify.com) and create your workspace.

  <Step title="Connect WhatsApp">
    Go to **Settings → WhatsApp Setup** and enter your Meta Business API credentials. See [connect WhatsApp](/getting-started/connect-whatsapp).

  <Step title="Invite your team">
    Add agents and assign them roles from **Settings → Team**. See [invite your team](/getting-started/invite-team).

  <Step title="Start messaging">
    Open the Conversations inbox and start replying to incoming WhatsApp messages.
