# Billing & plans

> WapNotify plan tiers, what's included in each, how to upgrade via Razorpay, and how the trial works.

WapNotify offers four plans. All new workspaces start on a free trial of the Business plan.

## Free trial

New workspaces get a free trial with Business plan features. The trial duration is shown on the **Billing** page. After the trial ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe.

## Upgrade your plan

1. Go to **Settings → Billing**.
2. Click **Upgrade** next to the plan you want.
3. You'll be redirected to Razorpay to complete the subscription.
4. After payment, your plan activates immediately.

Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically. You'll receive an email receipt after each billing cycle.

## Change or cancel a subscription

To switch plans, click **Upgrade** on the new plan — WapNotify cancels your current subscription and creates a new one.

To cancel:

1. Go to **Settings → Billing**.
2. Click **Cancel subscription**.
3. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free.

## Payment method

WapNotify uses **Razorpay** for billing. Supported payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

To update your payment method, manage your subscription directly through your Razorpay customer portal (link available on the Billing page).

## Invoices

Go to **Settings → Billing → Invoices** to view and download past invoices as PDFs.
